"Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. "Close to the beach & the airport Karteros Hotel is in a great location. It is also 20 mins by bus from the port. WiFi is good, the room is large with lots of plug ports & a good sized bathroom. Breakfast had a wide selection of fruit, salad, hot items, pastries, fruit juice, hot drinks & more. The pool is large but not heated so can be chilly. A lovely one night stay. "

"Die Hotelanlage ist in einem tadellosen Zustand. Alles ist sehr sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Essen war immer sehr umfangreich und sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Buffetauswahl war riesig und täglich gab es unterschiedliche Themenabende. Am Tage gab es immer ein Programm für jung und alt, sowie am Abend ein Unterhaltungsprogramm mit Musik, Akrobaten und Show. Die beiden Themenrestaurants könnten aus meiner Sicht ein wenigvielfältigere...

If I had one suggestion, it would be to reduce the amount of desserts and sweets offered and replace with more hot food options such as waffles/pancakes, omelets to order etc. however, this was low season so I guess there is a concern about wastage "
