"The rooms are badly in need of renovation. The bathrooms especially. Rusted Kleenex holders, stained toilet bowls, mold/mildew smelling rooms, molded grout, carpet old, stained and worn out. I wore my shoes, even in the room. It was nasty. The furniture and fixtures are outdated and worn out. The beds and linen seem new and were very comfortable. "A little on the minimal side, but ok."

"I didn’t like how we stayed on the second floor and all day and all night people on the 3rd floor were running and stomping all down the hallway. We had to call downstairs to the staff and ask them if they could call to the 3rd floor to stop running and stomping every 5 minutes of the day and night"

"The guest chair in the room was torn and there was a hole in the wall where the door knob hit the wall. Only 1 out of 3 hinges of the connecting door to the adjacent room was attached to the door frame. We had to use that door to enter our relative's room when our brother-in-law fell in the bathroom. Their room had a walk-in shower but the curtain didn't prevent water from getting on the floor. The lobby area was not clean and the chairs in the breakfast area were badly stained. The bed...

"Really nice place to visit"

"Room was clean but the picture they have on here for multiple beds looks like separate rooms it was not it just had multiple beds in one room. Hot tub was not filled up all the way over the jets. The beds are very comfortable but for someone that is short and old and can’t jump the beds were to high. We had to put my mother on fold out couch for her to sleep."

"Clean room. Pool and hot tub were unusable. Full of green algae water. Other than that the stay was pretty good."

"The spread and sheets had holes in them. The towels were terrible. Several lights in the room didn’t work, the walls in the bathroom were nasty and the couch had stains and holes. I pray we didn’t get bed bugs. On Fridaynight the people below us starting cussing and fighting at 3:00 am to 6:00 am they started throwing things. Not a good experience!"
