"Stayed the night before starting the Tour Mont Blanc, Checkin was easy, quick and courteous. The next morning we enjoyed the included breakfast they offered before heading out on our hike for the next 8 days. The hotel does offer safe bag storage for a fee, and all our items were waiting for us when we returned. The staff was extremely friendly during our stay and the room was clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to all!"

"Fantastic place to stay for the 6 of us. It was smart and clean, but also very homely. Great breakfast (cooked and pastry options), super close to ski hire and slopes (few mins walk), sauna and steam were really nice and those who had massages said they were great. "We now stay here every time we visit Chamonix. This trip we stayed over in the farmhouse instead of the main hotel. Think it might be our new favorite. Beautiful views from the deck. The service here is outstanding as well. Conveniently located, just a short 5 minute walk to the city center for restaurants and shops. Both restaurants on site here are 5 star! Love the bar as well. Highly recommend this place. "

" First time In Chamonix and Heliopic was a hyge win. Next to the Aguile du Midi lift and 2 mins from center ville. This was an amazing experience. The spa was incredible add on, and we used it everyday. We stayed in the privilege room and had an amazing view of the Alps. Plus very comfortable amenities and excellent staff. We were helped to a couple of hikes and recommendations. Will definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Chamonix. The hotel is top!"

"Great service and nice staff. Was offered a free upgrade due to my mother possibly having difficulty with ladders and stairs. Convenient location next to the bus station and center of Megeve. Breakfast also had a nice selection of high quality pastries and the staff were kind. The only thing I would improve on is having a kettle in the room and better amenities in the bathroom."
