"Delightful small (11 rooms) hotel. The staff could not be nicer or more helpful. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. We stayed in a room with a pleasant area for sitting out. There was a very good choice at the breakfast buffet, which is taken on the terrace. It is in a convenient situation, just a few steps from the lakeside with all its cafes & restaurants and very close to the funicular. "We were so lucky to find this hotel at short notice. Perfectly positioned next to the lake in Como. The hotel has only just opened after extensive refurbishment and it is beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class. The roof top bar is beautiful with views across the lake and the old town. "Amazing location with mountains and lake views right in front of the apartment. Walking distance to any shopping street, attraction, and ferry. The dining options were great with delicious food at any restaurant. Side Note: There was a bit of difficulty when it came to parking and garage space."

"The room was clean, the view is great from the little balcony. Extremely spacious, located 3 min walking from restaurants. The Como Lago train m station is 1 min walking. The A/C worked perfectly. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back. Communication with staff was not that great. They send me the instructions to check in the same day."
