"I regularly travel globally for both business and pleasure usually staying at hotels of this class. The Bergresort has the worst service I ever experienced, a complete contrast to the Alpenpark (owned by the same family) where I stayed twice previously. At this level (4 star superior), rude, staff making customers feel unwelcome and ignored is not acceptable. Don't go to this hotel for a relaxing time. "

Vorab hatten uns ein paar negative Bewertungen zum Wellnessbereich ehrlich gesagt etwas abgeschreckt – im Nachhinein können wir aber sagen: völlig unbegründet. Der Bereich ist wirklich schön, sauber und perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns dort super wohlgefühlt und konnten richtig abschalten.
