"I had a hiccup with another hotel reservation and at the last minute Hotel Romantik came to the rescue! They were closed but the manager helped and let me in via the speaker and let me in digitally! I stayed three glorious nights and I was given a complimentary lake view upgrade! This is by far such a dream location with lake and Mountain View! The riviera of Switzerland! The staff was a blessing and there was even palm trees on site! I will be back and have already shared their info!!!"

"Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. There was nothing about the hotel that met our expectations. The overall experience was poor, from the condition of the property and cleanliness to the service and general atmosphere. The room was not comfortable, and the hotel did not feel welcoming or well-maintained. For the price, the experience was simply not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely choose somewhere else for my next stay."

"Beautiful location and it was super peaceful! Staff was very helpful."

"Amazing location"

"Great location, views, and facilities."

"Perfect"

"Top notch hotel in old Lucerne! Staff very helpful with restaurant and touring recommendations that worked out great. Room a bit small but very clean, but we went for the least expensive room so we expected that plus it’s an old historic hotel building which was great. Restaurant breakfast and bar drinks great!! The restaurant for dinner is the best in Lucerne!! Highly recommend the Saddle of Roe Deer and bone-in Filet Mignon. Lucerne is the most picturesque town we’ve ever been to in the...

"My favorite hotel of all time"

"Great hotel for what we needed! Not big on amenities but it was nice and clean and not too far from the train station"

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in a while. Fantastic all around."
