"Cleaning service untuk kamar tidak konsisten (seperti tidak ada check list untuk cleaning nya): (1) Face towel ngak pernah di kasih setiap hari kecuali diminta (2) Shower Gel tidak pernah di isi Kita ada "Churassco Easter Dinner" dengan "All you can eat" dinner, this is THE WORST service yg pernah saya experience di 5-star hotel: (1) Kita tiba di restaurant seperti sudah di booking waktu nya. Dan walau kita liat banyak orang asing di serve makanan bolak balik, kita yg ber-5 harus tunggu...

"We never before were so kindly treated. Every wish we had has been full filled immediately. The location is a dream - very quiet & peaceful. Beautiful private poop and spacious private villa has been unbelievable. Food and spa experience was wonderful too. But the wonderful team of people were extraordinary special and nice. "The room is 60% of my trip. I was very pleased with the grounds, my room and the space itself. I didn't get to use the pool but I did sit around it just to relax. I loved the lay out of the property and the running stream just below my balcony. I loved all the greenery around the property. I felt like I was in a small forest. "

"Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa (Rinca) which was just such a lovely experience. We were made breakfast every day which was delicious, and we often got Anyar cooks to prepare meals for lunch or dinner. The pool was beautiful and we spent hours on the massive daybed. Can not wait to return to Anyar! 7am Bakers is close by as are other restaurants. "The hotel and the service are just miserably terrible. I was facing a very depressing moment in there. There was a blood stain on the bed sheet, toilet can't be flush. The staff tried to fix the toilet and it was fixed for a while, but then it broke again when I poo. That was really annoying.
