"Having our own private pool was wonderful to help with cooling off from a day exploring. The staff were amazing and very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. I would also recommend eating at FU house at the entrance to the villas it was one of the best meals we had during our stay in Seminyak and eat there twice!"

"Koenokeoni Villa is very conveniently located, just a few minutes walk from the beach. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and welcoming reception. We were greeted with beautiful plumeria garlands and a refreshing welcome drink.
Our villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to unwind. Breakfast was selected from a set menu, with orders placed the day before, and everything we chose was fresh.

"Overall cukup baik dan recommended, walaupun di 2 kali waktu dinihari air selalu mati, yang mana apapun alasannya, dimanapun dan tipe apapun bisnis Hospitality, supply air bersih adalah hal yang vital dan tidak boleh sampai mati, apakah itu sengaja dimatikan guna penghematan ataupun tidak.
Namun setelah diajukan complaint keras langsung diatasi pihak Villa.
Menu breakfast yang enak, dan pelayanan staff yang cukup santun.
Kitchen set lengkap dengan perlengkapan makan, namun sayang tidak ada...

"Booked three nights last minute while in Bali
When we got there we were told we would have one night in three different villas !! So we had to move each day
Villas were in the same area , but they were all different
Some better than others - mostly around maintenance of each property. I assume they are privately owned but managed by the company on site . Pool tiles missing in one but no issues in the other for example
Do it do the job? Was the location great ? Did we get value ?

"I stayed at this villa for 2 short nights with my wive and 13yr old son. Generally we're all satisfied with the services, the facilities and above all, the location, but no view and access to the beach. The pool is little bit small for my overbuilt son.
If there is anything we complain about is that the whole property is bit too old and worn out, but well maintained. It definitely need some face-lifts here and there."
