"3ベッドルームの部屋に５泊しました。とても豪華で大きな邸宅で快適にステイ出来ました。トイレ、お風呂綺麗でバスタブついてました。キッチンは一通り揃っています。スタッフ皆さん親切で、ステイのサポートをして下さいます。Sanurの中心から車で15分と離れているので、移動手段が確保出来ないときついですが、Grabタクシーで移動出来ました。ホテル周りは店も何もありませんがその分静かに過ごせます。Sanurの北なのでウブドに行きやすく、渋滞のひどいバリで北へ観光に行くのには良いです"

"We checked in late at night, found the floor are dusty and dirty. There were no slippers provided, we walked around the room bare feet on the dusty floor. "結婚40周年の記念として日本から予約して来ました。部屋は、もちろんバスもシャワーブースもとても広くて衛生的で清掃が行き届きスタッフも大変親切です。ちなみにバスルームもエアコン完備です。朝食も部屋のキッチンまでシェフが来て作ってくれましたのでラフな服装のままでのんびり食べることができました。 プールも気持ちよかったです。そばにベットもあり、のんびり日光浴もできました。 あと、スタッフがバギーで近場ならサービスで連れて行ってくれます。これも楽しい。 特に40周年サプライズとして、フラワーアレンジしたベッドとフラワーバスの準備をしてくれて、サプライズだらけでした。 私たち夫婦は、のんびりVillaで楽しむことができ大変よかったです。また、来たいです。"

We had broken floor tiles which they were aware but never fixed and cracked walls with some mould around different areas.. the mosquitoes were impossible to get rid off as nothing closed properly!!
