We LOVE our stay at your amazing hotel. You all made our vacation extra special and memorable. Staff are wonderful, so kind, nice and helpful. Food and drink were top notch. Amenities, pool, and beach are just amazing - especially my massage. We are truly thankful grateful for everyone esp Velia (guest relation) and Aye (Senses). Thank you all so much! 5 stars! Looking forward to our stay here again in the future!

Nice room with lagoon access, staffs are very friendly and sweet (so many trinkets almost every day, floaties, chocolate, fruit baskets, cake, etc), great amenities (so much fun with buggies hope on and off between buildings), breakfast buffet taste a lot better than a lot of restaurants outside the hotel. Highly recommended

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Nothing was a problem for them. They were genuinely cheerful and willing to assist. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had choices to please any palate and cuisine.

The entire stay at the Ritz was fantastic from beginning to end. The staff was very pleasant and helpful every step of the way. They helped us with dinner recommendations, getting the shuttle to Bali Collection, booking the hydro pool and making reservations. Room service was great. The AC worked fantastic, beds were comfy.

We loved this resort! So elegant peaceful and relaxing!
