The exterior of the hotel was great as was the service and attentiveness of staff. Loved the pool area and beach access area and the welcoming traditional dance . Also loved the coconut lime welcoming drink. But the resort is showing signs of wear and tear in the corridor walls, stairs . Our bedroom with garden was VERY disappointing and not worthy of a 5 star resort . I place it in the 2.5 rating. The furniture wood was chipped etc . We will not recommend nor will be return.

We were happy with the property. Only issue was the bars/ drink selection. The cocktails were made with syrup and nor fresh fruit and the beer wasn’t cold enough. I also think you should have a broader selection of food and drinks. Apart from that we were happy.

Rooms were nicely appointed. Smell like sewerage in the bathroom rather unpleasant. Needs to be another area to collect beach towels from other than the pool. Staff friendly. Bali restaurant did not want to know my Accor number, food there was disappointing.

It's so close to airport and the shopping Centre, the staff are so friendly. We can just stay in the swimming pool and the rooftop bar for the whole day and feel so relaxing.

Overall, this is a good resort in a beautiful beachfront location, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Check-in was great, and there are plenty of comfortable chairs around the pool and beach. The resort also has several restaurants on-site, although the prices are much higher than other places in Bali. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing for a hotel that is positioned as a luxury resort. When I arrived in my room, there were brown marks on the toilet that I had to wipe off myself, the floor was extremely dusty, and I also noticed a stain on the bedding. I also experienced cleanliness issues at breakfast—I picked up two different plates, and both were dirty. Overall, it’s a good resort with a beautiful location and wonderful staff. However, given the cleanliness issues, consider some of the other resorts nearby.

We absolutely loved staying in this resort,rooms were cleaned every day even though sometimes late but it was clean , the staff was very friendly ant tried to accommodate whatever we needed,breakfast was fantastic,pool bar great 3 restaurants at the resort were 👍overall we have had a great time and would recommend this place without any hesitation ❤️

Best time in Bali. Would most certainly return. Great value for the money; staff is thoughtful, helpful, proactive, attentive, and available. Halal restaurants are all quite good with Tamarind, Cabana, and Raja's as notable stand outs. Gluten free options available for most things. Room was comfortable with updated bathroom. Even the hotel shops were quite nice.

Had a lovely stay, but definitely a step down from the other resorts nearby that we have stayed at previously. Whole place is a bit bit tired and maintenance is not good. We had a toilet roll holder that was loose and kept falling apart in our room. Pools have inumerable tiles coming off constantly and they are occasinally stuck back on with a waterproof adhesive. Breakfsat is fairly good, but again not a patch on what we have experienced elsewhere and as a big flag to any one who loves their pork/bacon- the hotel and all restaurants are HALAL, and beef is substituted for pork (quite a shock TBH in a predominantly Hindu island). Staff generally very friendly and helpful (especially at the Tamarind) but poolside service pretty much non-existent- there are little electronic belles to press but we did not find one that functioned to summon an attendant in 6 days. Hot tip is that the pizza from Tamarind is outstanding and a Marherita i available on request (including poolside- you might just need to go in to order it!)

Nice atmosphere for relaxed ppl to unwind. Not a party place, and it is situated inside well maintained gated area. Plenty of weddings arranged here in the area but not so noisy as to keep you up late, rather serve as entertainment along the beach walkway. Quick 5min ride to serious shopping district and local center Recommended!

The sprawling property is dated and needs renovations. Our room was fraught with damage needing three calls to management to address. On our first night, the airconditioning unit was leaking onto the hallway floor and bathroom entrance. Then we noted leak from commode that caused malodorous residual smell in the room. All of the above were fixed and we received profuse apologies from managers. It was an unnecessary inconvenience if the rooms were well maintained. Otherwise, breakfast buffet was superb and varied. The pool and spa were quite nice and catered to families and a separate quiet area for adults. It is well situated on the beachfront. The beach area could use sprucing as it was dirty after high tide.

Der Hotelkomplex ist sehr weitläufig - mit verschiedenen Pools und Restaurants. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Von Crêpes, Sushi, Suppen, Obst, frisch gepresste Säfte, Müsli etc. Unser Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt und dunkel - vor allem das Bad. Der Balkon wurde in der einen Woche nicht einmal gefegt. Das Licht auf dem Balkon konnte man nicht selber ausschalten, nur über den Hausmeister. Die Chess-Bar am Pool wurde auch gerade renoviert - daher laute Baumaschienen-Geräusche am Hauptpool. Eine Bar zum Live-Fußball-Schauen ab 4.00h am war aufgebaut. Der Hauptpool mit Swim-Up-Bar war super. Das Hotel hat leider Nix gegen die üblichen „Handtuch-Reservierer“ - Pool oder Strand - unternommen. Der Strand ist relativ schmal und fällt deutlich zum Meer ab. Baden im Meer stellt eine große Herausforderung da. Aufgrund der Gezeiten ist selten genug Wasser in der Lagune - hinzu kommt noch das viele Seegras. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nix - geht den anderen Hotels im dem Bereich ebenso. An allen Hotels geht eine schmale Promenade - ca. 2 m - vorbei, die Hotel und Strand trend. Da fahren auch viele Radfahrer. Bei uns war ab Mittags immer ablaufendes Wasser. Teilweise nervten die alle in hellblauen Shirts gekleideten „Verkäufer“. Wir waren häufig in der hoteleigenen Bar / Restaurant Tamarrind direkt am Strand - alles lecker. Tiramisu kann ich empfehlen.

This is an interesting place as a hotel it was beautifully maintained, room was dated but still not an issue it was cleaned nice the staff was very nice and the pools and the tamarind restaurant was nice especially the lunch menu the breakfast was great, however where I feel it lacks is presenting the activities they have, I felt like I really had to dig around to find out what they activities they had and they are all paid so expect to spend for the dance and dinner they have I think every night. I would say you’re paying for the beach access which is nice but one thing you should know it’s from 1-2pm and onward the low tide completely takes away the water from that beach so if you want a dip best time is before noon. I would stay here again as I can’t compare to other hotels/resorts in Nusa dua. But aside from a regular hotel experience there isn’t much unless you open your wallet. 4/5 stars I would say this property is very beautiful and every angle you look it’s gorgeous and the beach access is amazing so for that I would recommend!
