"Our room was clean and the breakfast was terrific. Super friendly front desk staff. My only complaint is the gathering of smokers outside the door on the side of the hotel and the noisy leaf blowers late at night when they were painting the lines in the parking lot. That could have been better timed."

"The only issue I had was with checkout. The employee on day shift said that staff was available 24 hours a day. When I went into the lobby at 4am to checkout, the employee was in a back office. When she finally came out, she wasn’t wearing shoes and she wasn’t wearing a name tag or any type of clothing to indicate she actually worked there.
