"This is a stunning hotel. I kept thinking I may not fit in with the clientele! If I have a complaint it’s the same throughout Europe, and that is, no top sheet on the beds, just a duvet with a cover. But the duvet is too hot middle of the night and way too cold with nothing covering me. But that’s not a slight on this hotel, just a general comment on all the hotels I’ve been in this trip. "10/10 I can’t fault this hotel. Absolutely stunning decor. A wow as soon as you walk in. Polite and helpful staff. our room was ready as soon as we arrived at 12pm so we didn’t have to wait. The room was in fantastic condition with very comfortable beds and stunning decor. The shower was amazing. Dressing gowns and slippers in the rooms. Rooms come with spa access and the spa was beautiful and so well kept. Long pool which was warm, with 8 loungers, a big sauna, a steam room, and treatment...

"Perfect location and incredible property."

"We had a suite (1 bedroom and lounge converted into 2 beds) on the 5th floor facing the river Danube. It was clean, very quiet but also quite hot (radiator under sink in bathroom was on full blast when we arrived and the aircon didn’t do anything. The bathroom was a bit smelly even at that height (drains). This lessened when the shower etc had been used and was fine if you kept the bathroom door shut! It was worth it for the view and location though but I’d definitely rate it more a 3 star...

"Less than 10 min slow walk to the main castle district area , accessing by no16 bus (read up in validating tickets) (then can access airport shuttle bus. Room of high standard , access to book spa privately for €10 pp. attached to a bar / restaurant, but lovely restaurant s a 6-12 min walk away. Area picturesques,"
