"Even though I checked in early, they gave me my room right away. Normally, that's impossible in Miami. Everyone makes me wait until 3:00 PM even though they have rooms, but not at this hotel. If they have a room available, they give me your room right away so you can enjoy your day. I'll be a regular at this hotel from now on. Coming from New York, it was exceptional hospitality. Thank you so much for your wonderful welcome, Samantha, who works in the lobby. You are a wonderful team."
