"Great stay for a single night as a couple. Loved our room with a balcony and comfortable outdoor seating. Shower was nice & hot, but a little weak with the water pressure. Quiet stay for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast buffet included was very nice, eggs, bagels, cereal, muffins, yogurt, and more! Very friendly staff. Would love to stay here again!"

"The property is too old. No elevator to the 3rd floor. No free parking for hotel guest. I have to pay extra for parking. No phone in the room. The TV is outdated. We have to find someone to get wi-fi for the TV.
The girl employee was kind of useless."

"Property has a great location and just far enough away from all the noise. Staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Rooms are a little old but it is a historic property so that is to be expected. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again."

"Our stay was wonderful. We have a toddler and an infant and having a kitchenette in our room was a huge help! We love the location, the swimming pool felt like a private oasis, and parking was never an issue. We walked to Duval constantly and felt the walk was easy and safe through the historic district. We will definitely be back!"

"The staff went out of their way to make sure our rental car was handled as parking was limited. The Continental breakfast was limited, but it was good. Just be prepared for the roosters to start crowing at first light. The air conditioner provided enough white noise that they were not too loud."
