They took the charger back and then the door would not lock. I had to leave all my stuff unsecured. When I called to let them know the guy who answered my call said he would get back to me but never did. "

"We have stayed at several of their properties in the past, here on White Street and at the Wicker House on Duval. always a good experience. The staff is always so nice, free parking and pet friendly. Nice pool, it is about a 20-25 walk to Duval so it is a quiet area but the walk back and forth can get tiresome so we rented bikes from them ($10 per day) and it as great! So easy biking into town in 10 min highly recommend, I will say though Colors on White could use some TLC, Since we last...

"The staff at the hotel were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were right in the middle of the old district which had many many places to explore. Hotel had a wonderful hidden pool with live music/bar next to it in case we just wanted to relax after exploring all day."

"Very clean and spacious room. Right in the middle of downtown with many things to do. I also enjoyed the mini bar and variety of snacks and drinks since I get hungry and thirsty in the middle of the night and i forget to bring my own. Thanks!"
