Everyone was great. The check in text came a few minutes after 4, I got there at 1 pm and was told I would get priority as I watch others get keys to their rooms. Slightly annoyed. Waterside Suites & Marina
The room was fabulous, very clean, and well kept. The staff was pleasant and courteous. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously!

Bayside Inn Key Largo
Terrible maid service. Never made beds. No towels brought to room. Elevator broke for 4 days. To top it off after 1st night they brought towels and took our dirty laundry and thru it away. They said they would reimburse us 2 night resort fee. They should have reimbursed all 8 nights of resort fees. ...
