"We didn’t realize this is not a typical hotel situation, with a front desk staff available 24/7. Shuffleboard was advertised, but to get the stuff the office has to be open, and they close at 5pm. Also, there is a hot tub listed, but there isn’t one. It seems they have tried to update the listing, and they were very sorry about the misunderstanding."
