"A la hora del checking una persona del staff nos dijo que la habitación que pagamos no el aparecía en el sistema. Y que debía esperar 20 minutos por una nueva habitación. Ya nos había dado las llaves, así era llegó otra persona y dijo eso y le asignaron la habitación a otra persona. Luego esperamos los 20 min y estaba ya otra persona. Está otra persona no entendió que había pasado porque en el sistema estaba todo bien y procedió a darnos las llaves del tipo de habitación que pagamos. Todo bien...

"The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff were most helpful especially since we were there for our wedding and had a lot of visitors, vendors, and items that we needed to coordinate over the days we were in Sarasota. I was especially appreciative of the housekeeping staff that assisted me in organizing the room after having multiple boxes to unpack and dozens of wedding flower bouquets to sort through. The bar staff was friendly, music was fun and can be heard everywhere if that is not your scene this gem isn't for you and you should stay outside entertainment district for me it was what i was looking for.
