"Clean room staff greatly appreciate the customer services."

"There appears to be a big problem with ventilation-rooms on the 1st & 2nd floor are damp, with LOTS of condensation on the windows-clothing, sheets & towels in the room were damp the whole 4 days of our stay. There are dehumidifiers in the hallway but that didn’t help the rooms. The breakfast really could have used some variety-i.e. different types of donuts & bagels; and the pool was not working-BIG disappointment"

"I stayed for three nights. Was here for work I’m a nurse. I asked on check in what time was check out they said 11 am. I asked if they had a late check out ( I work overnight) they said noon. I came this morning and checked in with the attendant to ensure I had late check out. I put the do not disturb sign on and went to sleep. At 10 am there was a man who was knocking and then trying to open the door. I said I have late check out .. then one hour the same thing. So I got up and dressed took...
