"Staff rude and slow responding my daughter was in the shower and it was out of shampoo it took at least 20 minutes to get some shouldn’t this be checked when cleaning ? shower mold carpet dirty"

"The room was very nice! I enjoyed my time spent there. That motel was pretty central to everything I needed. Food, shopping and gas. Was my first time in Tampa. I loved it!"

"The room was amazing and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Having said that I only have two issues with the stay. The first was the extra charge for our dogs. They failed to tell us what we would be charged over the phone when we booked the room. We were not expecting that charge and the other concern was the grounds keeper was up blowing leaves early on Saturday morning. I would still give the hotel a 10 out of 10. The location was amazing and literally surrounded by things to do...

"Housekeeping never cleaned my room or replaced towels, soaps, lotion or shampoo. I notified the front desk that the water wouldn’t shut off in the shower so they sent maintenance to fix it but all they did was shut off the water so I couldn’t shower. They never offered me another room to accommodate my needs. When I call the general manager the next day twice to complain, no one answered the main phone number."

"The guy at the front desk was Great and very friendly and the woman from breakfast kept the eating area very clean"
