"This hotel is perfect for families. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to Mount Rushmore and all the attractions in Keystone, making it a great home base for exploring the Black Hills. The staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. "Hotel was very poor. Room smelled musty, removed and cleaned air conditioner filters in both rooms of reservation- filthy and likely could cause illness!!! Air conditioner in one room was as loud as a freight train and TV only had one channel. Staff notified and said problems were addressed but upon later night return, neither was. Only working ice machine was on third floor. Oh yeah, toilet in one room was rocky due to poor base. Done with Wyndham properties! This is the third stay at this...

"We stayed in one of the apartments right behind the restaurant. Just an average room, nothing special but a very unique experience. We had dinner at the restaurant and had a wonderful waitress. Woke up the next morning to a family of turkey's right outside the door."

"Absolutely picturesque location surrounded by mountains, ponderosa pines, aspen and birch trees, just a few miles from Mt. Rushmore. The property was clean and the staff were all very nice and accommodating, clean towels and rollaway were brought promptly when requested. They made fresh cookies every day and put them out all day long, free breakfast was served daily. I will be returning for a longer stay in the future as we didn’t get to do all the things we wanted, there’s so much to see and do...
