Very quaint older cottage-like rooms, but bathrooms were a bit too small and the shower heads way too low, unless you are washing your belly button ;-)

The host was amazing! He was super friendly and helpful and even ordered special breakfast items for our kids and the breakfast they offered was very good and great selection. The second we sat around the firepit, the host would come out and start the fire for us. We would definitely stay here again!

We found this place quite good for our needs. It was a decent budget hotel with the added benefit of a basic breakfast available, which is rare these days in budget accommodation. The staff were very helpful, and the location is just within walking distance of town, though better off driving. We would be happy to stay here again.

Older property that needs updates. Room was spacious, but bath was very outdated. Shower head barely at my shoulders. Staff at check in was very friendly, quick and easy. Didn’t check out the breakfast.

Sheets were stained. Chairs pads had stains. The porch hadn't been swept and had bird droppings from above nests. Old buildings in need of repairs.

The room was falling apart. The deadbolt did not work because the unit had settled on the foundation and the floor was tilting. The door did not seal so you could see daylight all around the entire door. The bathroom floor was at such a slope it was difficult to stay standing. Very small one person shower. Window ac mounted in the wall had a hard time cooling the room. I spilled water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel and the towel was black from the dirt on the floor.

I had called directly to the motel after I made the reservation to make sure they knew we had a dog and told them we had to have bottom level because my husband has an oxygen concentrator that’s heavy and we can’t carry it. Well the only room left was upstairs. The owner did carry the machine up which was nice. Problem was the steps and railings are old and rickety the deck has rotting wood and a picnic table on the deck is falling apart. That whole upper level is a death trap if there is ever a fire there’s no way out. I stayed before in the lower level and had no concerns but this time was not enjoyable. I was so worried that my husband would fall on those steps.

The stuff was very helpful when I was asking for a late check-in I was driving along distance and I was going to be getting there close to the end of their check-in time. I arrived with no problems. Staff was very helpful. However when I got to my room my bed sheet was not clean. Sure if it was a permanent stain or that it just wasn't clean. In the morning the breakfast selection was decent however the eggs and the sausage were both cold. Coffee though was very good.

Room was very messy. Floors extremely dirty to the point our shoes made a vlecro like sound while walking on them. I unfortunateky forgot to bring slippers but luckily my man was nice and let me use his while he walked around in his socks. Within 5 minutes the bottom was so dirty it looked like he walked on a dirt path. There were also dead bugs everywhere! We also asked the front desk to have our room cleaned with new sheets after breakfast and they said they’ll be on it. We come back right before our dinner reservation at around 9pm to clean up after a day of hiking only to come back to dirty sheets and an unkept bed. Another main reason for booking this lace was that the photos had a jacuzzi tub in the room. When we walked in, we were greeted by a big sign above the tub that said (OUT OF ORDER). Overall, our stay was disappointing.
