Lovely place in Khiva

The owner Shokir aka was very friendly and made my stay as comfortable as possible. He was always available and happy to help. The b&b is their house so do not expect a professional hotel quality but it has a very charming atmosphere. Nice home made breakfast and everything is walking distance. Definitely recommend it.

Decent budget option

Nice enough place, just inside the walls of Khiva and not far from the East Gate. Lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful hosts. I did find the bed harder than I like (I've got back problems), wifi was patchy (So far I've been in 3 hotels in Uzbekistan, and they have all been patchy). But for the price, and the location and the super friendly hosts, worth a try if your on a tight budget.

Piacevole struttura nel centro della città, la disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario fanno la differenza. Vi saprà aiutare anche nell'organizzazione di spostamenti con le altre città o dall'aeroporto a prezzi molto convenienti. La colazione è molto buona, la migliore di tutto il viaggio in Uzbekistan, con tutti prodotti preparati da loro.

Bon hôtel bien placé

Cet hôtel est bien placé pour visiter la vieille ville de Khiva. Il est situé à l'intérieur des remparts à deux pas du bazar et des transports collectifs. Une petite cour intérieure permet de se reposer aux heures chaudes ou profiter de la douceur du soir. Dans le salon une bibliothèque avec des livres en français, anglais, allemand. Les figues confites du petit déjeuner sont un régal.

Excellent hotel in the Ichon Qala

The location is very good. The owner is friendly and helpful. My room was a bit dark and had a trouble of water running. But still I stayed here comfortably.

Great little place to stay in Khiva!

Really nice host, comfortable room and everything was new. Woke up to let us in at 0500 following our early flight arrival, and was very welcoming.
