I’ve always been greeted by big warm smiles from the reservation desk, the morning crew of Dee Lite Bistro at breakfast and the house keepers on the 19th floor. I do want to personally thank Yok, Kuk and Pui in keeping my room clean throughout the nine days I still. Thank you for your extreme service!"
