"We were on the 2nd floor this trip. It was MUCH quieter than in March."

"Staff was rude and I had to wait 20+ min for the clerk to get to the office so I could get to my room that I already paid for. Also, the rooms seems clean but I only had to 4 pillows( if you want to even call them pillows) for 4 ppl. When I asked for more she said she would have to get them out of storage. 4 hours later I still didn't have pillows and she refused to get me anymore from a vacant room. I will never use this hotel again."

"Great modern looking casino. The staff is 100% focused on helping you having a great time. The only area of improvement in my opinion, would be more food choices for breakfast & lunch. Actual sit down restaurants. But the ones they have are excellent "
