Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great, very beautiful and clean pool area.

Stayed in a suite for 2 nights. Everything was perfect and so convenient for everything. Train station opposite, along with plenty of taxis. Shopping was next to the hotel. Wonderful breakfast was included in our rate, and everyone was so helpful in the restaurant. The check in was perfect and once again everyone was so helpful and friendly. Not far from the cruise port, a short taxi ride away. We are already planning another stay next year!

Great location of the property (2 minutes from the train station), automated check-in, very clean room and a comfy bed. Would stay again!

Very good and stylish hotel. Amenities and TV and beds, all top notch! Parking on premises 25€ Breakfast could not be booked when reserving the room with Hotels.com. At the reception they wanted 54 euro for 2xbreakfast. However they gave us free parking as compensation, ok.

Super place, lot of amenities, good breakfast, lots of parking.

The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the city center. Parking is a bit challenging, you need to reserve parking in advance (which i didn’t know)

All good

comfortable, clean, very helpful. Spacious, well positioned. Everything you need.

I felt very safe on the bike and the cycle lanes are brilliant. Language barrier wasn't a problem as the staff spoke very good English. I think they appreciated my attempt at...

In the centre of Kiel . Close to all amenities. Great value for money .

Thank you for the lovely stay.

A warm welcome on arrival, a free room upgrade. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. A great night's sleep. The breakfast was exceptionally great, plenty of choices and this was complementary. Found all the staff very friendly. I recommend this hotel. Thank you 😊

The hotel is perfectly placed if you are heading for the ferry port at Ostuferhafen, ferries to Lithuania. It is just across the river and a few minutes drive away. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and we were very quickly registered and in our room. The room was small but perfectly adequate for an overnight stay, it was very clean, beds were comfy, and we had a view of river. The ensuite was tiny but good shower and very clean. Breakfast was good, a well stocked buffet, plenty of...

Very convenient location next to the train station. Friendly and easy early check in. Room was well appointed and comfortable however the mattresses were quite firm
