"The mini fridge was old and outdated and did not work. It stinks and was full of mold. There was dirty stuff on the walls and there was gum on the headboard. The phone had all the buttons pushed out and looked gross. The TV was of terrible quality, including the picture/color. You get what you pay for and luckily we only needed one night here. "

"Could be a little more variety on the breakfast but the staff are amazing loved staying with them while I was taking care of my sister before she went home to be with Jesus Thank you to all the staff there "

"Extra large clean room, lots of fresh linens and fully equipped kitchen. Quiet and peaceful stay even though they looked to be fully booked. Breakfast was great and the coffee was amazing! I return to Tyler several times a year and will definitely stay here again! "

"The hotel has done a lot of renovations since I last stayed there las year. Room was cleaner furniture had been updated, and lamps had been updated. The clerk was the same man that was there last time I was there and just as friendly and accommodating as he was last trip. Had fresh fruit, oatmeal, and waffles for breakfast. When I got to the breakfast bar they were beginning to tear it down though. If you are needing a place to stay that is near UTMC That is easy go back and forth I highly recommend."

"My wife and I took an overnight trip to Tyler and chose this hotel for its convenient location and solid reputation. The front desk staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick and effortless. The hotel offered good amenities and was clean and secure overall.However, when we arrived at our room, we found the door slightly ajar, which immediately made me uneasy—I wasn’t sure if someone was still inside or if the room had been broken into. The door frame also had noticeable pry marks on it. Thankfully, the room was empty, and the door still closed and locked properly, so I decided not to report it.The only real downside was that our room was right next to the elevator. The loud dinging sound went off constantly throughout the night—at least a hundred times. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, but I’d strongly suggest requesting a room far away from the elevator. "
