"Terribly experience all around. Front desk was rude and very unprofessional. I tried to call the front desk for extra sheets and pillows, they claimed they couldn’t answer due to shift change. We called the corporate office and they never got back to me over any of the matter. They charge parking fee every day. The man sat at the front desk with headphones the entire time and didn’t look up. The worst experience I’ve had."

"The place was under construction, there was no breakfast buffet as advertised. The breakfast had no hot choices other than waffles. The air conditioner in the room leaked water all over the floor. I would not recommend this place."

"Bed smelled like pee all the way through the mattress cover. I told the cleaning lady I needed sheets and when I returned to the room there were no clean linen. Also I was never refunded the deposit of the 50.00 to my account. There was an issue with my card on file to where I had to get another card. I informed the front desk if I could have the funds returned to my other card but he told me it would have to go back to the original card on file. Is there any way I can get my deposit back to...

"Right off the main loop of town. Staff all very friendly. We ran out of towels and we were going to have to wait as they were still washing them but then they got some out of the other rooms. We didn't even know it had a pool, fenced off but was able to sit out there before our event. Only wished there was a small end table on each side of bed so everyone could charge their own phones and have personal items like glasses close by."

"This hotel is terrible!!! None of the pictures online are current!!! The carpets are beyond filthy. Stains on the sheets and towels. Our bathroom door was split in half and didn't even close. The freezer was so full of frost you couldn't even use it. The ironing board was broken in pieces and there was no iron. My son's room had vomit on the side of the bed. When they checked into the room there was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. My husband left early in the morning and there...
