"Just average in terms of quality. We had issues with the shower working properly. It would seem poor maintenance standards. The shower head was extremely low pressure and to regulate water temperature took an engineering degree. "

"The hotel is conveniently located to Roosevelt row area with many restaurants, public transportation and a short ride to the airport. The rooms are decorated in industrial style and it looks cool in the photos. That’s where it ends. The steel structures are rusted and hard to clean, dust under the beds and on every surface. The bathrooms are opened into the room ( be design) and therefore are not sound and order proof.
The mattress was very comfortable and the view from the 7 th floor was nice....

"I am so incredibly disappointed in this hotel and their operations. I came out for Dodgers spring training and when we went to check in, they had overbooked and gave our rooms away. Then I came back to the hotel a year later , tried to stay at the same hotel and once again my rooms were given away because they overbooked. It seems like because I was through Expedia, (3rd party booking) my room was given to someone who booked on site.
