"Remote location, book dinner in town if you’re going to want to eat. We arrived later after a late lunch and brought crackers and cheese etc for a light dinner. Wolfgang and Maria are wonderful. Great shared spaces to have a drink from the honesty bar and meet other travellers. Breakfast was fantastic! The Burren was a real treat to see. "

"Beautiful property, incredible breakfasts, and Ann and Michael are the most thoughtful and helpful hosts. Our room and bath were lovely, as were the balcony and common areas. An easy drive or bus ride to just about anywhere you would want to see in the Galway area. There is so much to do, and we loved every minute of it! In terms of conveniences - Lidl is right across the street, and the charming town center of Oranmore, with restaurants and shops, is an easy walk away. Although we had a rental...

"Staff was kind and very helpful. Hotel is updated and appealing with plenty of parking. The restaurant was fairly priced with good food. Breakfast was great to have but was very standard. Location vs price was to be expected. Room was large but the bathroom was very dated. There was a moldy shower curtain hanging in the bathroom. "

"This is an unusual hostel in that there are private rooms with bathrooms too. It had neat boho vibes--reminded me of early 1970's when I was in college. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I had left a bag in a taxi and Sara (?, sorry I forgot already) ran and got it for me. My running days are behind me and I wouldn't have been able catch him in time. Plus she gave me a more convenient room. The room and everything that I saw was very clean. The elevator was appreciated. There is a coffee shop...
