"This is the second time at this hotel and it just delivers. Lovely breakfast, great facilities like the pool and sauna and comfy room. Certainly will book again if we are visiting Gloucester which says it all."

"Situated on the ground floor during a heatwave wasn’t great. We were left wondering if all the rooms in the hotel were full and perhaps they could have located us in a room with a window that opened.
The young man who served us for the evening meal was very attentive and very polite which was nice to see. Not so the staff at breakfast."

"The staff here were lovely, breakfast was very good, and good location and (paid) parking. The room was very clean, possibly a little tired and needing a fresh coat of paint."
