"The Randles staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We loved the feather beds and the size of the room. It was off-season so we had to dine next door, but it is part of the same "group" of hotels and the food and drink were great."

"From the moment we arrived the hotel i.pressed us. It is luxurious and clean from reception to the bar and restaurant areas and the rooms. There was a short queue to check in when we arrived but the staff were very efficient and we did not have to wait long. "Easy check in w the bartender. We were on the third floor, which was a quick walk up the stairs, I don’t think there is an elevator / lift, which wasn’t an issue for us. The town is pretty small and the pub/inn is right in the middle of town. We were able to find parking 1 street over. We ended up having dinner in the pub which was decent, not great. We stayed for the live music which was nice. Breakfast is included so we headed down to the pub where coffee, tea and juices are available. ...

"We were so comfortable in our spacious room that we booked an extra night. Besides the bedroom that included comfortable chairs and a bonus twin bed, our bathroom was luxurious. A sink for each of us, wardrobe for our clothes, and a separate tub and shower were lit up by a skylight. The room we stayed in also had a mini fridge, coffee/tea service and a desk with TV overhead.
