Great location, convenient to town, pubs, shops. Plenty of room. Located right next to Killarney train station, but you barely hear the trains at all. Would return!

We had trouble communicating to the office about how to get in and the exact location of the property. Fortunately, a very close by hotel was able to sort things out which was immensely helpful.

The beds on the 2nd floor were dipped in the middle and we couldn’t sleep properly. Theres definitely a need to change mattresses. All else was as advertised

The property was a great size was super clean and it was in an ideal location for town and exploring . It needs a better equipped kitchen as it was missing basics , not enough cutlery , no corkscrew had to buy one and leave it there , no baking trays no large bowls so not enough basic equipment. ( only two pans ) Was in a great location.

We stayed in Holiday apartment number 1 (the little yellow house on the corner). It was fantastic, clean, spacious, well-lit and modern. Every mattress was new and very uncomfortable. The house was equipped with a dishwasher, coffee plunger (BYO coffee grinds, etc Bec’s), laundry facilities, washing line out the back, a dining table and games table, comfy sofas, a big TV (& TVs in the bedrooms, to boot!). We were a family of 5 - so it was great that there were multiple bathrooms (all clean & modern). We had a fantastic and peaceful stay. The train line runs behind the house but the double (or triple!) glazing means you don’t really hear anything. We took the direct train from Killarney to Dublin on the last day - 3 mins walk! Also, handy note: if you walk out the side of the estate there’s a gate that provides a really quick cut-through to the shops and the main town area. So it’s all very close. Absolutely loved our stay. I would definitely be back again. My family and I thank you so much for hosting us.

Weekend away with friends

The house were really comfortable,safe ,very clean and well equipped. WiFi wasn’t very strong but that’s the only complaint every thing else was perfect.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom house. Great location and great configuration for 8 people. We were provided with a welcome pack which was appreciated. Wonderful, friendly staff in the hotel and lovely that we could use the hotel's amenities. The houses are in need of maintenance and updates and the outside areas were unusable as they had not been cleaned.

Overall, we had a very positive stay and would recommend the property, especially for groups or families. The house was clean, spacious, and had plenty of bathrooms, which made it very convenient for a larger group. The location was great too — only a 10–15 minute walk into town — and there was enough parking for two vehicles. The TV setup was excellent, with all the channels you’d need including Netflix. There were a few areas that could be improved. A 4pm check-in and 10am check-out felt quite restrictive, and charging an excessive fee per extra hour for late check-out seemed excessive. Communication was also disappointing as we tried contacting the host through both the booking platform and the WhatsApp emergency number but received no response, which was concerning. The hot water is on a timer and was limited for a property sleeping 8 people, so we had to work around it. It would also have been a nice touch to have a few basic arrival items, especially arriving early evening — even milk, bread and butter would have been appreciated. Tea and coffee were provided, although basics like salt and pepper had run out. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay and feel the property has a lot going for it.
