The Burrard

"Overall, my cousins, and or pleased with our stay, the location, and the staff. I was able to book this room for us last year in preparation of returning from our cruise. I have been in communication through emails since November 2025 because I have mobility issues and we had questions. The responder was always answered our questions except for one. This was. the only downside. I asked for a bathroom to accommodate mobility issues, and I never received assurance that they could accommodate this. As a result, it was very difficult to use their bathroom. Adding a bar in the shower and at least side bars on the wall around the commode would be an easy remedy to help those of us who need that kind of mobility support. I’m glad my arms were long enough to be able to hold on the sink to get up and down. If you have mobility issues, I do not recommend but if you don’t enjoy your stay."

"Excellent service, excellent staff especially Adrian in restaurant food selection top notch, customer service superb personalities EVERYONE EVERYWHERE Ted Richard fabulous for your arriving guests. The ambience at restaurant superb,best margaritas and blueberry pancakes, definitely returning to Pinnicle Harbourfront, our ONLY suggestion maybe add a walkway to main front from entry for those needing to use a wheelchair. Would Never stay at any other place and happy we changed from Pan Pacific to Pinnacle Harbourfront loved coupons."

"My stay was relaxing and the staff was very friendly. It may not be some fancy hotel but thats ok the room was very clean. It had excellent AC and I felt safe. There's also a market right across the street that came in handy. The public bus also picks you up right in front of the hotel that takes you to the downtown area. I do wish it had a stronger water pressure in the shower but not a big deal i stillngive it a 5 out 5 Would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Stayed here for one night before boarding a cruise in Vancouver. Hotel is located right downtown. Very modern clean and professional. Our room is tastefully decorated, but we found a layout a bit strange. There was only one armchair and it was located behind the giant TV next to the bathtub. The only way to watch was from the guest chair or in bed or furniture rearranging . The bed was extremely comfortable and there was an espresso machine for coffee. Because our room was on floor five, we had a limited view. I’m sure a higher view room, would allow for a view of the Vancouver skyline."
