"Was struck by the elegance of this hotel. Staff was professional in uniform and service. We checked out early to catch a train tour at Heuston Station. We were sorry we couldn't stay for breakfast. Would definitely stay again on a return visit to Dublin."

"I stayed at this hotel last night. They were painting the rooms right next to mine, and the smell was all-pervasive. The slightest whiff of the smell of paint gives me an instant headache, and that's how I woke up this morning feeling awful, so this completely ruined my stay. I spent almost no time in the room during the day, dropped the bags and went out exploring Dublin with my son, the trip was a graduation reward for him. "The room was clean and beds (and pillows) were comfortable. The hotel doesn't appear to be air conditioned which, by that time in our trip we were getting used to but, it did make the room quite warm. They did provide a Dyson fan in the room which helped. We arrived early so we could spend the day in Dublin and I was quite annoyed that instead of just checking our bags in early, like I've done at dozens of other hotels, we had to pay for lockers for our luggage. 9 or 10 Euros to hold our bags...

"A special shout out to staff member Aiden who greeted us upon our entry at about 8:30am after a trans-Atlantic red-eye flight. He helped us store our luggage (since it was too early to check in) and insisted we partake of the breakfast before venturing out into the city. Each time when saw Aiden during our stay we were greeted like old friends. The breakfast was excellent - one of the best I’ve seen. The facility was conveniently located near the river, shopping, and not far from the Temple...
