Very good location for exploring Dublin with great bus and tram service nearby . The hotel was clean and very quiet at night What I didn’t like was being unable to open a window for fresh air , in the muggy weather we had the room was way too hot and stuffy

Great hotel in a nice area. Rooms were comfortable and the staff very helpful. Only gripe was having a double bed against a wall, so one of us couldn’t get out of bed easily.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Dublin. The room was small but comfortable and well-equipped, with comfy beds and a clean bathroom and great shower. Staff were nice and helpful, and the bar area had a nice feel to it. My only negative is that there are no vegan breakfast options (just fruit and hash browns apparently) and breakfast is over 16 Euros so we ended up going out for breakfast. Luckily there’s a lovely cafe two minutes away called Third Space who do a very nice vegan breakfast. Apart from that I would definitely stay again.

Good hotel, ideal base for exploring Dublin. Rooms were clean and functional, albeit on the small side. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had both cooked and continental options, but the cooked option was very limited, not what I would think of as an Irish Breakfast. There was no fried eggs, or beans and of 2 days I had breakfast, 1 day had potato scone the other didn't. Food options were very limited for other times of day, basically pizza or sandwiches. Didn't get to use bar as disappointingly it was closed when I returned from a concert on the evening. As a solo traveller I prefer to use hotel bars than pubs. Overall a good comfortable stay.

This was a last minute booking. IE Friday for Saturday, it was fine a little way out from the main area but certainly doable I think the only thing i didnt rate was breakfast Continental looked ok, hot irish was 4 items that had been there a little while. I prob would have preferred to eat out but it was juts convenient

These rooms are TINY. Micro-rooms. But they are well thought out and extremely clean. Beds were very comfortable. The location could not be more perfect. We arrived in the morning, well before check-in. They took our luggage and kept it safe while we toured the city. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel was very clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were able to get an early check in after having an overnight flight. When we left a staff member even called to let us know we forgot a bag. Very appreciative of that and happy they called before we got to our next destination. Would totally recommend The Hendricks Smithfield Dublin to everyone!

Great location as it was close to a tram station, restaurants, local attractions, and even a Tescos where we were able to get snacks. Hotel staff were great to deal with, and I was able to pre-check in which was great as we had a late flight getting into Dublin.

We had a very comfortable three-night stay at this hotel. The room wasn't very big, but when you're running all over the city during the day, you just want to shower and sleep when you get there. There was enough space for your luggage in the bed headboard and the bathroom was a decent size. The bed and pillows were great and there wasn't any noise during the night at all. The room was clean (even though the ceiling might need a dusting) and the bathroom was as clean as you can expect from a hotel. You get ample towels and Rituals shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was all it needed to be. A good selection of buns, sweet buns, deli meat, cheese, cereal, yoghurt, fruit and sweet spreads. Also coffee, tea, milk and juices. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre (Temple), but buses also run. Definitely would recommend.

The rooms are small but if you not going to be there but to sleep and shower it is perfect. We have 3 people and it tend to be a bit too small with nowhere to sit but 1 chair or on the bed. We ended up in the lounge area downstairs. Shower is small and doesn't get too hot with ok water pressure. No mini fridge. Lost internet service when it rained. However, on the bright side, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, buffet style and an additional fee. Great, walkable location, close to the Jameson distillery. Had a few pubs and restaurants in the area as well. Hotel bar was nice with some fun entertainment. We didn't have a car but parking would be terrible in this area. 8.5/10 recommend

Enjoyed my stay here.Location was very good, main areas and room was clean. Walls are thin, and guests can be a little noisy near lifts but on the whole, the hotel was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
