Our flight was delayed by a full 24 hours, we are going to miss the entire event we were flying to Ireland for, and they won’t refund our ONE NIGHT stay. That’s just bad business.

This is a dorm but that was not clear from the listing. The beds were the worst I’ve ever slept on and we had to fight for toilet paper and towels. Nothing in the kitchen worked and it was dirty. The tv had no remote and you could not manually turn it on. There is no parking on site or anywhere near by.

The apartments get very hot, especially on one side of the building. The staff were good enough to lend us a fan for one of our 3 rooms. The hot water in the whole apartment stopped working on day 3 of 4, in all of the rooms (including those of other parties - the apartments are shared). Not just that it wouldn't get hot, but it didn't run. We were given the keys to a room on a different floor (which had obviously been used and not cleaned) in order to shower. Not ideal, with the staff yet again covering the obvious limitations of the owners.

Very basic

Bed was far too cramped certainly not your average double bed, the bathroom was tiny and the toilet and shower right beside each other, no shower gel you can request it at reception but it's the least you'd expect, I suppose for the price for a Sunday night in rip off Dublin it was ok, it's certainly clean and modern just very basic

The room was completely dead on for what we paid. Clean etc and looked as described. However, we came on a weekend that turned out to be very warm and when we arrived the room was boiling. Nobody had thought to properly the window open/ close the blind to cool the room. There was no Aircon either. The window only opened a small bit. By bed time the room was still roasting and I asked at reception for a fan or if they had a cooler room or anything. They said all they had were a few fans but they'd already been given out to other guests so there was nothing they could do for me. Ended up sleeping on the floor as it was the coolest place in the room and there was nothing else I could do to cool down. Road noise also too loud to keep window open overnight. Room would be completely grand on cold days but wouldn't recommend staying here if you see signs it's going to be warm outside. I was aware that we booked cheap accomodation that wouldn't necessarily have Aircon. But I would have thought they'd atleast have done what they could to cool the room before we arrived / had been more prepared for extreme heat with enough fans for the guests.
