Dancing and music in restaurant back room until around 10:30 p.m. Some noise with both in our room, but not as bad as I feared. * Rooms and facilities were clean. * Staff were friendly and helpful. * Food at restaurant was quite good. Breakfast included in room rate, included continental and hot breakfast. It was quite good. * Hotel right in town. ...

"This is about the most delightful bed-and-breakfast anywhere. Maura and Michael are a delight, and the property is conveniently situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We would happily return to this wonderful place!"

"Just an ok hotel. Our room carpet seemed very old and dirty. No mini fridge or independent room climate controls. However, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made the most of an outdated facility in need of upgrades."

"Lovely property, beautiful views."

"Room was clean a s comfortable but a bit warm. We were unable to control the thermostat but it was quickly remedied by opening a window. Breakfast was delicious."

"I travel a lot for work and have never left a review for a hotel before. However, I feel compelled to highlight the incredible hospitality I experienced at the Hawthorne. Beautiful property with lot of options for dining and entertainment. The staff was exceptional. They go way out of their way to ensure you feel comfortable and that your needs are met. They fully exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to returning next time I’m in the area."

"I highly recommend this hotel. Room was clean and staff was excellent."
