"We booked 3 rooms at this hotel. All the rooms were old and dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. Mold and mildew every where. Ceiling over the showers were peeling and flaking into the tub. The sleeping area was dark, musky odor, gnats, one room had a cockroach and my mother got freaked out and broke a glass then was charged $100,000dong. The pictures on website is a misrepresentation of the hotel. Hotel is old and dated.
Only positive was the staff were super nice and helpful."

"Very spacious and well-organized room! Space for suitcases, desk, and sofa. Chairs and coffee table on the terrace. Bathroom partially open but comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Excellent location because it's a stone's throw from the center, but just two streets away so you don't hear the noise from the nightlife. "

"Our stay here was good. Everywhere was very walkable, yet the hotel was in a nice quiet area away from the noise. Our room was lovely and precious and staff were very helpful. Our one complaint was that our room was on the ground floor right by the pool and it got noisy from time to time. "

"This is a clean and affordable place that offers great value for money. However, it is not within walking distance from Hoi An's Old Town, so transportation by car is necessary. It seems they offer free shuttle service to Hoi A twice a day but it was not available when we stayed there. It seems they run a free shuttle bus to/from Hoi An twice a day, but we couldn't use the service on the day we stayed due to maintenance. "

"The pictures are true to the Rêu. Fabulous hotel set in tranquility close to the action of Old Town HoiAn. Rooms and bed were comfortable with very organic design. The included breakfast was out of this world with several options and the food in general was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved sitting by the pool looking out into the rice field. Would stay again. "

1. Pics online don't look much like the room I paid for.
2. Smelled of mold, mold in the bathroom and shower.
3. Up arrival, had to ask for my sheets to changed, not sure if it was weak cleaning or dirty sheets.
4. This place is a place for back packers. It's really small. It was okay for 3days, but I wouldn't return. I saw other hotels nearby, that saved for my next visit. I should've left the first night and forfeited my money, but it was a no refund policy.
