"Très déçu de cet hôtel car il est bondé d’enfants, la piscine est peu profonde. Lhotel est sans cesse rempli de monde impossible de se reposer ou de parler a du personnel. Tout est facturer allant jusqu a la bouteille deau qui coute 120 000 vnd ou au terrain de golf ou on nous oblige a payer un polo a 1 800 000 vnd pour pouvoir jouer !!!!.

"Big hotel and staffs get annoyed when they speak to you in English but you couldn’t understand. The breakfast was so over packed with hundreds of convention guests while i stayed. Hotel did not have enough staff to support the flow. Walking to the pool was pleasant with its foliage. Pool was nice and decent size. Also sitting next to the beach. Finally, The only beach bar opens at night but lack of vibe or guests. No music and food wasn’t impressive."

"We were greeted upon arrival with a refreshing drink and wet towel.
The following morning we met Chloe who gave us some tip about the area and kindly upgraded us to a bigger room, which was even more spacious and luxurious than the one before.
The staff were all attentive and kind, nothing was too much trouble. They helped with booking tickets, trips, transfers etc.
The hotel is just minutes walk from old town and night market.
