"Just a quick one night stay before flying home. The stay was very accommodating with an early dinner order as we had an early morning flight. They also provided us with a breakfast to go and transport to Manado airport. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely one night stay."

"The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. They truely deserve a commendation. However, the hotel pool bar currently isn't operational (it would be nice if it was). Also, some of the windows on our room were not sound-proofed properly and as a result we were often awoken in the middle of the night by loud noises from the outside. Perhaps the windows could do a revamp."
