"We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The room was very clean with a sufficient supply of towels/toilet paper, etc.and surprisingly quiet even though we were attending a convention while we were there The lady at check-in was also very polite and helpful and didn't make us feel like we were rushed. Our only disappointment was that the pool was being maintenanced and we couldn't use it, but the hotel did let us have access to the pool at another property close to this one. Would...

"It was very difficult to get to the main lobby because of the retirement living on floors 1-4.
We had to go out the back entrance and go around the hotel to get to amenities (front desk, indoor pool).
We also asked the front desk for a couple of glasses for our room they said they would send them up we never received them.
They room itself was clinical no decorations no lamps. The bathroom was ok.
We will never stay at this hotel ever again."

"Literally the perfect stay. I have nothing bad to say. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating even though we came in at 11:30 at night after our other motel smelt like must and mould. The place was very nice and spacious, and all of the amenities were great. Will definitely be staying there next year."
