Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park
"Indoor Waterpark closed all but 3-4 days out of our 2 week stay, they closed an outdoor pool leaving 1 small pool for all guests. They do not ask to change sheets or clean, leaving you to ask for clean sheets and towels"

A Cabin In The Woods
"The hot tub seemed to be leaking or draining everytime the jets were running I’m not sure if this is normal just wanted to bring it to your attention it was raining so nobody wanted to come up the mountain can’t say I blame them lol but otherwise the cabin was beautiful"
