"Room tired, shower had mold around the grout , shower lacked power more like rinsing yourself than a shower, staff helpfull and nice, hotel needs an upgrade, stayed 2 years ago much better then."

"The bathroom was clean, and the bed sheets were clean, with a lovely smell even in the morning. Heating was on all night, so it wasn't cold in the morning, and after skiing at Glenshee, that warmth was lovely. The fireplace downstairs was so good, and we had a nice chat and watched TV. Great breakfast, and we also had dinner. I got lovely lasagna. The breakfast room looks lovely with a lot of paintings. Books are around, and a lot of small details. "Spa was really good… quite busy but nice. Rooms clean and very comfortable. The lift wasn’t working which didn’t affect us but maybe others. Service at breakfast was excellent and Dot is an asset to the hotel with her welcome, information and personality…. A lovely stay in a beautiful setting. 😁"
