"Staff was very friendly! Beautiful property and a short walk from the beach. Pool was nice and well kept. Parking leaves a lot to be desired as it is very tight. "

" No ! Our room was in the front we had no view of the ocean. The beach was difficult to get to. The sand was deep and hard to walk on. Breakfast was up stairs and the elevator was broken . I’m am partially handicapped and had to use the stairs which was difficult."

"The property is under construction and noisy. The room was dated. The curtain rod was broken so curtains hanging. The room smelled like weed. We left and didn't stay. Just sucks we lost our money. It has potential but only when renovations are complete. I do not recommend. "

"This property was very disappointing. When we first got to the room the door was extremely heavy and automatically closed. More on that in a moment. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. My husband recognized, early on, that soap was missing in the shower. We were able to catch a couple ladies from housekeeping and they provided a container of soap. However when one lady started to place it on the holder, she discovered that the holder was broken, so we couldn't use the liquid soap. One of the 2 ladies then noticed that we had no dirty laundry bag, so they provided that. We realized that the room was a handicap-accessible room, especially when we took showers. Water was everywhere in the bathroom. I threw down a hand towel to use as a bathmat. We only had 1 other hand towel. I wore flip flops and still slid in the bathroom. The water situation, added to the heavy door, would, in my opinion, be disastrous for someone who is handicapped. It would have also been nice to have had additional bathing items, like towels, bathmat and washclothes. We had none of the latter. Like I stated, I was very disappointed in the Hilton corporation. I expected much more."

"We were given a king upgrade which was very nice of the staff person. When we arrived in our room the shower was non functional the AC needed a new battery, the tv was no where near anyplace to watch it. The ice machine was also broken and an inconveniece. We called the evening of our first night and the next day everything but the TV was fixed. No one called us during our three night stay to make sure everything was ok. The property is unique, but it is tired. It was fine, but not great. Not we anticipated."

"The room was just mid, but most annoying was that the bathroom pocket-door would not close -- there was something stuck to it that appeared to be a wad of wet toilet paper (yuck!), too. The floor did not appear to have been vacuumed well in our room either. We almost didn't stay, but it was only for one night. In the morning, we went downstairs for coffee only to find that there was none in the breakfast area. We were sent to the lobby to get coffee, but that had run dry, too. The staff was lovely and apologetic and offered to get us coffee if we waited a while, but we checked out and went to Dunkin Donuts. I don't think we will stay here again."
