"Parents beware - Don’t rely on being able to use the pool. It was 104 degrees the first day we were there. Pros: The view in the one bedroom Hudson suite was spectacular. The room was decently clean but tired. Good location. Cons: The pool temperature fluctuated between 71-104. We couldn’t count on using it. We were told we had an Amazon package delivered when we checked in. It took 3 phone calls and 24 hours to actually get it. As other reviews mention, the elevators are really an issue....

"Lovely rooms and a comft bed. I had the the biggest room they have and it was bigger than I expected, with enough floor space for luggage and moving around with ease. Bathroom was a bit too small for my liking and the water pressure could have been stronger. Lovely girl who checked me in and out."

"I stayed 3 nights at the Artezen and really enjoyed it. The room was really nice and clean. What really stood out for me were the beautiful linens by Frette (slippers too!), which I thought was a very elegant touch. The staff is delightfully young and friendly. Also very helpful when I asked for an iron … ironing board and iron sent to the room immediately. Also, I had a VIP voucher to use at the rooftop bar, but as it was closed on Sunday night and memorial day Monday night, I couldn’t use it....

"MWe enjoyed our stay at Nine Orchard! From the moment we checked in, the staff was so helpful in answering any questions we had and giving recommendations for things to do and places to see in the area. The Swan Room is amazing. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic and the bar tenders were fun to chat with. The food and atmosphere were so nice. Breakfast at the Corner Bar was also good. We ended up just staying at the hotel for breakfast every day since it was so good. They had a cocktail...

"Booked a king room. Got a double ADA. Was not told about the room availability. Walked into the room to realize. Was told there was nothing they could do. Then took a shower in the MOST DISGUSTING shower I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. It was clogged and filthy. Standing in water up to my ankles."

"Absolutely love this hotel. It's has such a great vibe and the rooms are lovely. The location is great... easy to get everywhere. Only complaint... sometimes it's a little hard to find some place to put things down... there's so much stuff in the room... otherwise don't change a thing."

"I really didn’t use the extra “amenities” I was charged for with the exception of the WiFi which was to typically cutting out in the evening, I think a lot of these charges should be optional for guests as I did not have use for them. The room was typically small for a NY hotel but comfortable. There was a private event while I was there so rooftop was closed to guests. Hallways were full of housekeeping supplies. Area was safe. On site bodega was insanely overpriced. I wouldn’t stay here...
