I had called on Sunday the 2nd to do a reservation and was told by the person who answered the call she will call me back I am still waiting for that call. I spoke to the lady when i checked in on Wed 5th about it but still no one made contact with me. Very disappointed 😞

THE WHOLE FACILITY EQUIRES AN UPGRADE. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION IS OF POOR QUALITY. A RE-THINK NEEDS TO BE DONE ON THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE INTERNAL OF YOUR BATHROOMS . YOU HAVE A FANTASTIC STAFF. I WOULD RECOMMEND ZANDILE FOR MANAGEMENT TRAINING. SHE WILL MAKE AN EXCELLENT MANAGER AT ONE OF YOUR RESORTS. ...
