"The Resort is 3 Star NOT 4 Star. The Resort is run down and dated. The rooms are also very dated and dirty. The bathroom was dirty, the floor was covered in previous occupants debris with food droppings and other things. The windows were covered with dirt and hadn't been cleaned for months. The Resort won't clean the room unless you insist and all they do is empty the rubbish bin and change the towels. The towels though were stained. The excuse they give for not cleaning is they are 'saving the...

"It would be really good to be able to get wifi in the rooms, particularly as there was very little free-to-air TV available. Would also be nice to have a few more light dinner options."

"Great accommodation! We were a family of 6 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. Super clean and great location. Close to the esplanade, Woolworths and whale watching departure. I highly recommend this accommodation."

"The location of the property is great. The room was dated. Light switch by the bed had a short in it. Toilet paper holder was broken as was the soap dish in the shower. The wifi was virtually non existent. AC worked fine. Included a saucepan with no place to use it. Fridge and microwave in room."

"Hotel or rather Motel is clean and cosy. Room was spacious and had all the amenities you would need like kettle, fridge, toaster, etc and they worked! But the nicest touch was the free continental breakfast where you picked which items you liked and how many and it was delivered shortly after checkin so was available whenever you woke up. Very nice touch. Very happy with our one night stay to tour the K’gari island."
