Room service was not very effective- I'd place an order on their app, but the app wouldn't always update if the order had been received or not (it's supposed to update the user with this info). I was required to use my CC on the app, but when my food was delivered, they'd ask again for payment. All of this made me uncertain if my initial payments went through or not, or if I'd be paying twice for my meals. The room service personnel did say I could send...
