"The gentleman at check in was pleasant. FYI...people actually live here. The exterior has good upkeep the interior not so much. Old and run down. Elevator smelled of pot and needs some upkeep and a good cleaning. Hallways smell musky and smell like food. Carpets definitely need an upgrade. No USB connection other than an old lamp with a faulty outdated port. Walls are extremely thin so you can hear conversations, tv's, music, doors slamming. Pillows were super thin. Room was clean. "Room was clean but the bathroom door was not working had to relocated to another room the next day we ended up adding another night more expensive than the one I reserved 🙃 but overall it was a good hotel stay we went for a funeral and my whole families that came from all over the country and out of country stay here."

"From the moment we arrived the customer service was wonderful. Only complaint was the shuttle service to the parks. Over crowded and only a few times to come and go. The ride back the driver was over 30 minutes late to pick us up. We ended up just parking the rest of the week. Breakfast was nice each morning. Really close to Target and 7-Eleven"

"Inconsistent housekeeping. Carpet in room had a lot of hair and debris. It wasn’t noticeable until you had to walk on it with bare feet. It was obvious it had not been vacuumed in some time. Housekeeping is every other day which is fine but one day we did not receive wash cloths, another day we only received decaf coffee. Breakfast closed daily at 9am. Hotel would begin pulling food and closing doors as guests were rushing to get food for their families. As a property close to Disney world, ...

"The hotel is very well kept. The room, restrooms, kitchenette all nice. Fresh breakfast served daily, and not to mention the staff were all welcoming. Very nice pool area also. I’d stay here again for sure."
